The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust’s Cardiac Team is set to celebrate 10 years of service this coming week with an event to mark their achievements.
The event at the Carlton Park Hotel on the 8 March will see Rotherham’s Heart Failure and Cardiac Rehabilitation services celebrate their clinical successes and community partnerships over the last 10 year with a series of talks and workshops.
Katie Taylor, Specialist Nurse Practitioner at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust, said:
“This event is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the achievements of Rotherham’s Cardiac Services over the past 10 years.
“Our successful community services such as the Heart Support Group, rehabilitation exercise programmes and education groups are a crucial part of the service we provide to patients.
“The event will also acknowledge our fantastic work in raising awareness of coronory heart disease and heart failure with such partners as the British Heart Foundation.”
The event, which will take place between 9:30am–12 midday, is open to the public, including both patients and NHS colleagues.
