Members of the public are invited to find out more about NHS health services in Rotherham as The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust holds its Annual General meeting (AGM).
The AGM, taking place at Rotherham Hospital on Moorgate Road, will present the Trust’s annual report and accounts, highlight key achievements from the past year and outline aspects of the organisation’s strategy.
There will also be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions of members of the Trust’s Board of Directors.
Martin Havenhand, Chairman of TRFT, commented: “We are proud of the care and services we deliver to patients across the local community and our AGM is an opportunity to share our successes and outline the shape of the organisation in terms of quality, governance and finance.
“Taking a detailed look back at the last year is an important part of our strategy and the AGM provides the opportunity to further ensure that we are delivering first class service and to show we are listening to those we serve.”
Members of the public are invited to attend the AGM from 5.30pm on the 23rd September where, in addition to the Board of Directors, a range of health professionals, such as the Trust’s Lead Dementia Nurse, will be on-hand to share details of advancements within their services. The Trust’s Governors will also be present at the event to meet attendees and to discuss their work alongside the Board of Directors.
The formal AGM presentation will begin at 6pm and those intending to come should email firstname.lastname@example.org
or call 01709 427800 to confirm their attendance.ENDS
