The CQUIN Quality Indicator Framework represents our quarter by quarter and year end performance against national, regional (SHA derived) and local (PCT agreed) CQUINs (Commissioning for Quality and Innovation) indicators, which are implemented to provide a financial incentive for trusts to improve their clinical quality/performance.
