Rotherham Health and Wellbeing Partners
Helping local people improve their health and wellbeing
Are you a Rotherham resident?
Have you used a service across the health and wellbeing partnership?
Let us know how we have performed
Can you spare a few minutes to rate your experiences of our services in Rotherham?
The survey takes just four minutes to complete.
For the first time Rotherham’s Health and Wellbeing Board partners
(Rotherham Council, local NHS services, South Yorkshire Police, Voluntary Action Rotherham and Healthwatch Rotherham)
have created a joint set of customer promises. These are based on what customers have told us are important to them when accessing services.
“Our Promises to You”, agreed by the Rotherham Health and Wellbeing Board meeting on August 27, have been developed as part of a
wider strategic action for all Rotherham people to expect good quality services in their community.
The Rotherham town-wide survey will take place this week to coincide with the official signing of the promises and
we would like your views to help us see how we are doing, what we are good at and what we need to improve on for the next customer.
Please log on to http://www.rotherhamhealthandwellbeing.org.uk/promises to complete the survey.
This first annual survey will be live from Wednesday 12th November and all submissions up to Friday 21st November
will provide a baseline of how we are performing against our promises.
The results will be used to inform future service improvements sharing areas of good practice and learning from areas of
poor performance by putting things right and improving services for the next customer.
