Do you have a burning question about our hospital or community services you want to ask our Governors?Do you want to know how our Governors influence Trust decision making or how you can get involved?
Members of the public are invited along with members of The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust to come and speak to our Governors at the next Governors’ Surgery on Wednesday 10 February 2016.
The surgeries are a great opportunity to contribute and help our Governors influence Trust decision-making to get better outcomes for our local community. The Governors of the Trust represent everyone who lives or works in Rotherham and uses local hospital or community health services provided by the Trust. In order to do that they need to hear all about your views, experiences and to discuss any issues you may consider important to the effective running of the Trust. Sessions will be held a various times during the day both in the main entrance of Rotherham Hospital and the reception area of Rotherham Community Health Centre on Greasborough Road
so please feel free to stop and talk to a Governor if you are passing by. Alternatively, our Governors can be contacted on firstname.lastname@example.org
Members of the Trust, the local community and staff members are all encouraged to attend the Governors’ Surgery to enable our Public Governors and Staff Governors to receive insightful feedback into patients’ and colleagues’ experience of the Trust and raise any concerns with the Board of Directors via the work of the Council of Governors. The Governors can also feedback areas of good practice and exceptional patient care.
Membership of the Trust is free and open to everyone aged 16 or over. Membership allows people to keep-up-to-date with Trust news, receive invitations to events and become eligible to vote, or stand in the Council of Governors elections.
