Help to influence the services we deliver

09 Dec 2014 14:14:59

The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is committed to delivering high standards of care and a first class service to those it serves.

To help fulfil this mission the Trust is asking for your feedback on the services it delivers. This feedback will help to influence the Trust’s quality improvement priorities for the coming year.

The Trust publishes its Quality Accounts annually and this report is designed to inform patients and service users, carers, staff and members of the public about the steps the Trust is taking to continually improve the quality of care provided. The Trust would like to ask for your help in ensuring its Quality Accounts cover information that is important to you. Please take a few minutes of your time to complete our short questionnaire.

Click here to complete the questionnaire now.

Please note that the deadline for submission is December 31 2014

For further information, you may wish to look at the Trust’s Quality Accounts published in June of this year. Click here to view these.
