Guidance and Forms

Reminder from Karen Shaw, Clinical Skills Facilitator:

As part of your hospital induction you were given the Blood Transfusion Competency Assessment Pack to complete within four weeks.

If you have yet to return your completed pack or make an appointment with either myself or the Blood Transfusion Nurse Tracie Taylor to complete the practical assessment I would be grateful if you could do this as soon as possible.   If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to contact either Karen on 01709 427215 or Tracie Taylor on 01709 427666.
