The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust (TRFT) has made a further appointment to its Board as Lynne Waters joins as Executive Director of Human Resources.

With a varied and successful career in HR, Lynne lists leadership development, people and change management and employee engagement amongst her key skills.

Lynne said: “I am delighted and honoured to have been given the opportunity to join the team here at TRFT. I am passionate about helping to create a supportive culture where people are genuinely engaged and inspired to deliver excellent care for our patients.

“I have spent over 20 years in HR in the private sector and have always strived to ensure people are at the centre of the organisation I am part of.”

As part of her role, Lynne looks forward to driving recruitment to further ensure the Trust has a skilled and dedicated workforce which can continue to deliver a first-class experience to those using the Trust’s services.

Lynne is married and in her spare time is a keen football, music, theatre and arts fan, she also enjoys walking and keeping fit.

The appointment of Lynne as Executive Director of Human Resources follows recent news of recruitment of Chief Operating Officer, Chris Holt, who began work at the Trust on the 1st October and of Simon Sheppard, who will begin his new role of Director of Finance in November.
