A recruitment week to increase the number of flexible nursing, medical, allied health, support and non-clinical colleagues working in Rotherham is being held at Rotherham Hospital later this month.
Taking place from Monday 21 – Friday 25 November 2016 between 10am and 2pm, people interested in working at the Trust will be able to meet with colleagues from our Bank and HR teams to discuss opportunities available both in Bank (as and when) and substantive vacancies.
Cheryl Clements, Director of Workforce said: “We are particularly keen to recruit to our recently re-launched Bank, which provides a range of workers to various areas of the Trust. Our Bank workers receive great pay and benefits, and using our own Bank staff enables us to avoid expensive agency fees, meaning that we can spend our precious resources where they can make a really positive difference – on providing great care to the people of Rotherham.
“With the opening of our new Urgent & Emergency Care Centre next year it’s an exciting time to join us; so come along and talk to colleagues and find out why we’re ‘the really friendly Trust’ and a great place to work.”
The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust delivers both acute care services at Rotherham Hospital as well as a range of community care services across the borough. With opportunities based at the hospital and in the community, it is hoped the event will attract a wide range of candidates from the local area.
