Sexual Health -
All walk in clinics are cancelled including Saturdays and outreach clinics until further notice. All attendances are by appointment only and patients attending the service should bring a maximum of 1 person with them.
Ear Care and Audiology -
Our Audiology department has suspended all its routine services for the foreseeable future and, for the safety of our patients, the department at the Rotherham Community Health Centre has been closed. Anyone needing hearing aid batteries, tubing or have any other enquiries can contact the department on 01709 423145 / 423207 or via email www.earcarecentre.com
The Ophthalmology department based on Ward B6 has been temporarily related to the Eye Clinic on C Level near the main entrance to the hospital. Patients affected by this move have been contacted directly.
Breast screening -
Routine breast screening has been suspended until further notice. Patients affected have been contacted.
Patients will be contacted directly if they need to attend their appointment in our radiology department. If the team do not contact you, please don't attend your appointment.
Dementia Cafe -
The Dementia Cafes usually held each month in the hospital restaurant have been cancelled until further notice.
In line with national guidance, we are no longer providing
viewings in the Hospital Mortuary.
A limited Pathology service is available for inpatient
samples and for urgent outpatient and GP samples.
