The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has sent in their nominations for our Proud Awards 2017.

Your nominations help us to identify exceptional NHS colleagues who pull out all the stops to deliver first class community and hospital services across our borough, and we are now delighted to announce the shortlist.

Thanks to an incredible response from members of the public and Trust colleagues, 64 individuals and teams have been shortlisted with a chance to receive an award at the Trust’s awards ceremony on the 1 December. Over 470 nominations were received in total and all are also to be recognised by a personal letter to each nominee, from the Trust’s Chief Executive, Louise Barnett or Chairman, Martin Havenhand.

We have received over 150 nominations in the Public Recognition category alone, an award which provides a fantastic opportunity for members of the public to nominate individuals and/or teams who have made a real difference, provided high quality service and/or outstanding care.
