To help support the local population to make the right choices when it comes to healthcare, the Trust will again be supporting the national Self Care Week campaign which takes place from (16 – 22 November).

Self Care Week is an annual national awareness week that focuses on embedding support for self-care across communities, families and generations. It aims to let people know what’s available to help them to look after their own health. This year the theme is ‘Self Care for Life’.

We want to share information and advice in various aspects of health and encourage people to choose healthy lifestyle options that will impact positively on their physical health and help to ward off illness.
