How do I raise a concern?
The Trust always tries to do its best for patients but we recognise that things may not always go according to your expectations.
If this happens and you have concerns the best thing to do is to raise them with a member of staff at the time.
There are posters across the Trust detailing who you can speak to in each area. Often an explanation and reassurance can be provided straight away and any concerns resolved.
If you feel unable to do this, or if they are unable to help, you can also contact the Patient Services department (details below).

Our aims are to:
- Advise and support patients, their families and carers on how to get their concerns dealt with
- Facilitate the resolution of your complaint
- Coordinate with departments to ensure your concern/complaint is effectively responded to

Where is the Oldfield Centre?
The Oldfield Centre is situated on Oakwood Hall Drive (maternity drive) between Moorgate Wing and the maternity entrance. Please see the Rotherham Hospital site map for The Oldfield Centre's location.
Dedicated car parking spaces in the car park next to the Oldfield Centre are available for those attending arranged appointments at the Centre and are barrier controlled. Please let a member of Patient Services know if you require a space prior to your appointment.
