Homemade cakes, Easter themed crafts and a tombola will be held in the main entrance at Rotherham Hospital on Thursday 30 March 2023, from 10am to 2pm.

All the funds raised will be split equally between Councillor Tajamal Khan’s chosen charities – Rotherham Hospital and Community Charity, Shiloh, Rotherham Cancer Care and Rotherham United Community Sports Trust.

Cllr Khan said: “I’m working with some incredibly local charities this year and it’s great to see them come together to raise money at our Spring Fair. Everyone is invited, the more the merrier! There will be an opportunity to win a treat, including some Easter eggs.

“All the funds we raise will really make a difference to charities supporting people in Rotherham, whether those receiving NHS care, cancer support, those experiencing homelessness or for children and young people accessing more opportunities to enjoy sport. Please come along and help us raise as much money as possible.”

For more information about the Spring Fair please contact Suzanne Rutter on 01709 426821 or email trft.charity@nhs.uk. Easter eggs and tombola prizes can be donated by visiting the Charity Hub, based in the main entrance at Rotherham Hospital, opposite Boots, or by dropping them off at Rotherham Town Hall.
