Rotherham hospital's looking for its shining stars

Rotherham Hospital is looking to find those members of staff who have gone that extra mile in their job, or in helping and supporting their colleagues and patients. They want the public to tell them if they know any staff who’ve gone above and beyond their normal job role for patients.

The categories for the awards are as follows:  

  • The Patients Shining Star – an outstanding member of staff nominated by patients
  • The Patients Top Team – an outstanding team nominated by patients
  • Our Shining Star – an outstanding member of staff nominated by a colleague
  • Our Top Team – an outstanding team nominated by staff
  • The Most Accomplished Learner- nominated by staff
  • Our Top Leader – nominated by staff

To nominate, please fill in an ideas form and post it into one of the red boxes dotted around the hospital. For further information please contact a member of the Service Improvement Team on 01709 307528. The winners will be announced at an award ceremony in June.
