On Tuesday 3 April The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust will host an Easter Fair to help to mark the launch of its latest charitable appeal: Dr Ted’s Children’s Appeal.
Dr Ted’s Children’s Appeal will raise funds to help to provide items to make children’s visits to the Trust a little more pleasant.
The fair will have a teddy bear’s picnic theme and will host stalls such as a jam stall, a book stall, a tombola, Rush to Walk, MacMillan and Rotherham Hospital Charity’s Venus appeal. Children from Leapfrog Nursery will be at the fair from 12.30pm to enjoy a picnic and be entertained by ‘Patsy the clown’ and Winnie the Pooh.
Mahmood Hussain, Equality and Engagement Manager, will also be raising awareness for his upcoming sponsored bike ride to Mount Ventoux in France this June which he is doing in aid of Dr Ted’s appeal. For more information or to sponsor Mahmood please click: www.justgiving.com/mahmood-hussain0.
Everyone is welcome to visit the fair which will take place in Community Corner in the main entrance of Rotherham Hospital (C Level) between 10am and 3pm on Tuesday 3rd April.
