The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust has been recognised by Listening Into Action for their work in promoting the #hellomynameis campaign with colleagues.
Last year, Rotherham became the first NHS Trust to use the national #hellomynameis campaign to teach collegues how to introduce themselves to patients using sign language.
The campaign has been featured in Listening Into Action's #NHS100Stories which acknowledges staff engagement and implementation of best practice within the healthcare sector.
Sarah Taylor, LiA Lead, said:
"We are so proud of the way collgues are embracing Listening Into Action as a way of driving real improvements for the benefit our patients.
"We've had lots of great feedback from the video and it is now part of our Trust induction for everyone joining Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust."
