Welcome To Our New Director of Workforce

 Welcome to Cheryl Clements, who has joined the Trust as Director of Workforce.

Cheryl started her NHS career as an adult and children’s nurse, training in Sheffield. She worked in Rotherham, at the hospital, as a Staff Nurse in the 1980’s, a Ward Sister in Doncaster, Head of Education in Chesterfield and has general management and teaching experience.

Cheryl has a degree in Social Policy and a Masters in Policy and Professional Studies. She has completed her Masters in Employment Law (LLM) and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Previously, Cheryl has held Director posts in a variety of provider and commissioning organisations, Acute Care, PCTs, Community Care, Mental Health and Learning Disability Services. She joins the Trust from Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust.

She was born in Rotherham and her parents still live here. Cheryl is committed to supporting and developing colleagues to provide excellent health care.
