Rotherham Stop Smoking Service has a specialist service just for women and their families which consists of specially trained Midwives and Stop Smoking Advisors to help you stop smoking, giving you and your family a fresh start!
We provide one to one appointments at a place and time that is suitable to you such as, your home, your place of work. If your partner, friends or relatives would also like to stop smoking then we can support them at the same time!
We will see you every week until you are at least 4 week quit and then offer you support throughout your pregnancy and after you have had your baby.
We provide support and advice on stopping smoking and suggest tips to resist the urges to smoke and will recommend that you use Nicotine Replacement Therapy to help with the cravings as using this doubles your chance of success. This is free whether you pay for your prescription or not!
