A decision has been taken to hold further Public Governor elections in the following constituencies to address the vacancies which remained after the close of the March / April 2022 election process.
- Wentworth North - 2 seats
- Rother Valley West - 2 seats
- Rother Valley South - 1 seat
- Rotherham North - 1 seat
- Wentworth Valley - 1 seat
- Rest of England - 1 seat
- Staff Governor - 2 seats
The term of office for all seats will be 01.01.2023 to 31.05.2025.

2021 Council of Governors' Elections
Elections were held in the following Public constituencies in 2021:
- Wentworth North (1 seat)
- Rother Valley South (1 seat)
- Rother Valley West (2 seats)
- Rotherham North (1 seat)
The term of office for these seats will be 01.06.2021 to 31.05.2024 (three years).
Nominations opened on Wednesday 3 March 2021 when a nomination form to
stand for election to these positions could be obtained from the Returning Officer.

There will be no contested elections with vacancies remaining for Wentworth North, Rother Valley West and Rotherham North.
