Counselling Services
Counselling is not the same
as giving advice. A counsellor helps you to understand more clearly the issues
that concern you. They respect your values, choices and lifestyle.
Counselling provides a space
where you are able to acknowledge the problems you are dealing with. In a non-judgemental way, the counsellors will seek to help
you overcome your fears and learn new ways to manage, giving you the courage
and strength to challenge the difficulties in a safe environment where you can
feel supported and encouraged. Very often it can be helpful to talk
to someone who is not involved in the situation and you can see things in a
different way, which can often also be really helpful. Our
counsellors are used to dealing with these issues so you can be sure that you
have the correct support in place.

variety of reasons. Whilst not an exhaustive list, some of these include;
