Corporate volunteering is a really simply way for your company to give something back to the local community, whilst boosting staff engagement, team building and achieving your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

What sorts of volunteering opportunities are available?

There are many ways your employer can support your local NHS charity. Getting out of the office or work environment for the day is proven to have so many benefits, from team building to giving your employees a sense of achievement - we have some excellent ways for your team to do something amazing in the community.

Gardening

By gathering your team to volunteer in one of our green spaces, you're helping to ensure hospital and Trust grounds are kept looking neat, tidy and welcoming for patients and families going through difficult times.

Our friendly Estates Team will guide you through the project on the day and ensure you have the support, tools and guidance needed to make a real difference.

Volunteering at a charity event

We'd love to have your team help out at one of our charity events! It's a fantastic way for your team to support our work, have fun and make a visible impact. Whether it’s helping to set up, man a stall, or hand out flyers and merchandise, there’s a role for everyone.

We’ll provide everything you need on the day – a full briefing, any necessary equipment and a warm welcome from our team.
