How can we help?

Our bereavement centre staff will provide you with information on what to do after a death in the hospital. We’ll contact you the next working day to make arrangements for yourself, a member of your family, or a friend to collect all paperwork required for registering a death. You will be given the Medical Certificate of Death (unless the death is referred to the Coroner) and the belongings of your loved one.

When are we open?

Monday - Friday 10:00am - 4:30pm
