You’re invited to our Annual Members’ Meeting
We invite members of the public, representatives from our partner organisations and colleagues from our services to attend our Annual Members’ Meeting.

The meeting will take place in the Boardroom at Rotherham Hospital (D level, junction 3), 2pm to 4pm on Tuesday 23 September 2025. There is also the option to join online.
The meeting will include presentations from our Chair, Chief Executive and Board of Directors providing updates on our key achievements and challenges between April 2024 and March 2025, as well as looking ahead at our priorities for the future and an opportunity to ask questions relevant to the meeting agenda.
Dr Mike Richmond, Chair of The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust, said: “The Annual Members Meeting provides us with the opportunity to talk directly to members of the public about our key achievements and challenges. It gives us the chance to celebrate the successes of our colleagues and the fantastic work they do for the people of Rotherham. We will also be discussing some of our strong ambitions for the future too.”
Questions should be sent to rgh-tr.foundation.trust@nhs.net by 12pm on 16 September.
Before the start of the meeting, you will also have the opportunity to meet your Governors who represent your views, help shape the future of the Trust and hold our Board and Non-Executive Directors to account. Also in attendance will be Rotherham Hospital and Community Charity, our voluntary service and our Freedom to Speak Up Guardian.
If anyone would like support attending the meeting, please contact rgh-tr.foundation.trust@nhs.net in advance.
