It's a knockout registration

• I, the undersigned participant, hereby agree to participate in the It's a Knockout charity event for the purpose of raising funds for charity. • I understand that the team cost for participating in the event is £1,000, with a £100 non refundable deposit payable at the time of registration. • I agree to raise a minimum sponsorship of £100 per person (10 participants per team) or a collective team total of £1,000 • I agree to raise at least 50% of the total team cost (£500) 6 weeks before the event date. • I understand that failure to raise the required funds within the specified time frame may result in the team's inability to participate in the event. • In the event of cancellation by myself or my team within 6 weeks of the event date, I acknowledge that I am liable for 50% of the total team cost (£500). • I consent to the collection and processing of my personal data provided in this form for the purpose of organising and managing the It's a Knockout Charity Event. I understand that my personal data will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will only be used for the purposes stated herein. • I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent for the processing of my personal data at any time by contacting the charity in writing.
