Patient Hub is a secure online portal which gives patients more control of their appointments.
Patients receive a text message or email asking them to access the portal using details such as a phone number or email address, and their date of birth.
Using a unique six-digit code, patients can confirm, rebook or cancel hospital appointments and view any important information.
If patients do not access the portal within 48 hours, a traditional appointment letter will be posted.
Please make sure we have your most up to date contact details (mobile phone number and/or email address) in order to be contacted via Patient Hub.
If you receive an email or text from Patient Hub, please login within 24 hours to avoid getting further notifications.
When you have logged in, please accept the appointment and view your letter and any additional information.
Once the appointment is ‘accepted’ you will still be able to request a rebooking or cancellation.
