NHS Constitution for England
The NHS Constitution establishes the principles and values of the NHS in England. The constitution sets out rights for patients, public and staff. It outlines NHS commitments to patients and staff, and the responsibilities that the public, patients and staff owe to one another to ensure that the NHS operates fairly and effectively. Health Information service
Open Monday – Friday 9 am to 5pm, the health information service provides patients, carers and the public with leaflets, books, internet searches and help on finding quality websites.
If you have a question about your health our friendly staff can help you find the information you need. We will also signpost you to other information services if we cannot provide support or information ourselves.
